Return Policy

PRODUCT(S) SOLD ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE. Returns will be made on a case-by case basis.

Damaged package
Inspect your package and product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. You may refuse to accept the parcel from the carrier. If this happened we will immediately send out a replacement package to you within 3 to 5 working days and file a damage claim with the courier company. You can always take photos of the damage or defective parcel and product as evidence.

Returns will be accepted for:
– Product sent in is faulty or incorrect.
– Discovery of manufacturer defects.
– Product sent is expired.
