Harvard School of Public Health suggests plain tea is the second healthiest beverage, after water. Dr Ruxton, public health nutritionist at Kings College London said: “Drinking tea is actually better for you than drinking water. Water is essentially replacing fluid. Tea replaces fluids and contains antioxidants so it’s got two things going for it.”

Tea is rich in health-promoting compounds and contains natural and strong antioxidants that are good for human health. Abundant tea scientific research has found lots of tea benefits such as reducing chances of heart attack, providing blood sugar control, cancer prevention, promoting liver health, cholesterol health and blood vessel health.

At Eldon Healthcare, we are committed to provide natural, organic and high quality mixed tea leaves with respective health benefits packaged in sustainable teabags. Our healthy mixed tea leaves are low in tannin and do not contain preservatives, additives and caffeine.
